Bagger

  • Responsible for efficient operation of packaging machines ensuring proper weight, splicing, sealing and code date of finished product.
  • Inspects equipment daily to be sure it is clean and sanitary.
  • Checks metal detectors as instructed.
  • Conducts product changeovers, replacing packaging film as needed.
  • Coordinates proper splicing with correct packaging film.
  • Checks code dates for accuracy every fifteen (15) minutes.
  • Inspects bags seams making sure seals are strong.
  • Works with quality control to ensure standards are good; keeps applicable records.
  • Maintains efficient operation of equipment.
  • Troubleshoots and proactively solves potential problems with equipment.
  • Communicate with all production associates to ensure steady flow of production in order to accomplish packaging efficiency goals.

Bagger Tech

  • Qualified candidates must be self-starters who will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all of the packaging and seasoning systems in our Packaging Department.
  • This position will also report inventory parts necessary for the equipment, inspecting all equipment and perform necessary maintenance, along with being involved in day to day training and support to bagger and seasoning machine operators and the packaging departments in production.

Batch Maker Administrator

  • Read batch cards to determine product specifications, processing information, abd technical information.
  • Record production and test data for each food product batch, such as: ingredients and lot numbers, used temperatures, mixing speeds and test results.
  • Monitor and regulate gauges, recording instruments, flow meters, and thermometers to correctly adjust the addition of raw materials, mixing temperatures, mixing speeds, etc. to maintain product quality, and ensure safe and efficient operations.

Sales Executive for Brand Product

  • Ensuring the profitability of our products and product lines through planning, monitoring, and presenting recommended courses of action.

Sales Executive for Private Label

  • Tracking all inbound/outbound leads.
  • Work with brokers/buyers/manufacturers and inform as to price lists, order minimums, storage temps, and other pertinent information relevant to customers.
